After having not the best experience with a couple different vets, I was SO happy to find Live Oak. I have been taking my pup here for years now and seriously cannot explain how amazing this practice is. They treat you like family and always make time to get your furry one in asap. The vet and the staff are super friendly and we are in and out of there in record time every single visit. They do not try to upsell you and the prices of care are very reasonable. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
I was able to book an appointment relatively fast, all the staff were very nice. The Doctor who looked at my cat came up with a great plan and gave me different options for medicines. Cost of the appointment plus meds was less than I have paid in the past as well. I'll definitely be going back.
These guys were so kind and thorough in taking care of our little guy. They were professional and kind in thoroughly explaining the surgery to us and did it for a fair price. They even took the time to decorate his post surgical gauze, which I thought was really a special touch. Kitty fell in love with them, and so did we. So happy we found this veterinarian.
When our regular vet was closed on Saturday, we went to Live Oak Veterinary Hospital—and we’re so thankful we did. The team there quickly recognized that our sweet Isabella needed urgent care and didn’t waste a second. Thanks to their knowledge and fast action, we were able to get her to the ER in time. Their professionalism, compassion, and expertise might have saved her life. Wish I could give this 10 stars! Wow! Just wow! Amazing veterinarian! I normally go to the SPCA for my other doggy, but recently due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up with another doggy who was in desperate need of veterinarian services. I was referred to Live Oak Vet by a family friend for having great service and reasonable prices. So, I decided to take a chance. I am SO pleasantly surprised and happy I did. So much so that, I just might have to switch my other doggy over from SPCA to here. From the front office staff to the veterinarian, they are professional, caring, kind and so personable you don’t feel like just a “number” but almost family like. They care for you doggy like their own. If you are on the fence just make the call, you’ll be so happy you did!
