We were able to call and make a same day appointment. Reception was super helpful despite being busy. Everyone handled our nervous kitty very well and made our visit quick and easy. The staff was excellent, including Dr. South and Alex(?) who were efficient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were transparent about pricing and helped adjust our plan as needed. Definitely plan on signing up for their care plan/membership! Our first check up was free and even included a goodie bag. I can not say enough about the positive experiences I’ve had with Noah’s. Although our precious kitty Chanel did not make it.They made a very difficult decision much easier. The compassion,empathy and dignity they showed us will forever be remembered.
My dog and I just finished the first visit With Dr. Kempfer and was very impressed with her professionalism and easy-going caringmanner. She answered all my questions and I will definitely be using her as the veterinarian for my aging dog. Location was easy to find and the staff to include reception and Vet tech were very friendly and thorough. I had to edit my review to add additional kudos for Dr. Kempfer and her staff. I received a text message follow up from the office and had several questions. Dr. Kempfer and her staff responded quickly to answer the questions. I am so impressed with their service.
I have been to many vets over the years for my dog pepper who is 13 years & 2 months old, but I had the most amazing experience this morning. I had a Saturday 10:30am and Laura was the nicest, most caring, and gentle Vet assistant ever! She helped me save money and gave me so many helpful suggestions that fit my budget. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys especially Laura
They were great with my new skittish foster cat. I have had her with me for a month and she is now overweight! She needs to lose two lbs. They even gave me presents in a VCA gift bag when we left. Kitty was not traumatized when we left and came home. I highly recommend them. The vet was excellent and vet tech Bradley was the best I have ever seen!
