I stumbled in after a night of "hydrating" and was greeted by the aroma of fresh toppings so vibrant, they could probably solve world peace if given the chance. And don't get me started on how it’s piping hot straight out of the oven – it's like Joey’s got a direct line to a pizza inferno. Open late, this place is basically the superhero of pizza joints, saving starving night owls one slice at a time. Seriously, if you haven’t had Joey Brooklyn's Pizza, you haven’t lived. Now excuse me while I go plot how to legally marry their pepperoni.
Was visiting from another part of the state and stayed at a nearby hotel. Needed to feed the family so I looked for something close. Joey Brooklyn’s was a lucky find for me. From the politeness in the telephone to the friendly greeting I got when I arrived I was very impressed with this restaurant. Then came the best part, my pizza. Wow it was fantastic. I definitely recommend Joey Brooklyn’s if you’re looking for some good food fast in downtown St. Pete.
I absolutely LOVE New York style pizza and Joey Brooklyn’s! We were going to a concert at Jannus Live and stopped in for a quick snack. Ordered a slice of cheese and it was delicious! Hugh slice for only $4. Our server was super nice and provided great service! A definite must try!
Little pizza shop in St. Pete with picnic tables out front where you can enjoy your slices or a freshly made pie. The pizza was excellent and the guys running the shop were friendly and "made our pizza with love". It was a beautiful Saturday morning, just cool enough to enjoy the tree-lined street and mingle with humanity. Truly a solid pizza with good crust and fresh toppings. I am sure it would be a different experience surrounded by drunk and hungry people at night, but it is worth a try!
Great place for a slice. The lunch special is two slices and a drink for 7 bucks. The pizza is good, thin crust, great flavor, nicely seasoned. Definitely my favorite place to go when I’m downtown at lunchtime.
