I really wanted to like this place, but the pizza is disappointing. A solid 3 on a scale of 1-10. We ordered a supreme, hold the mushrooms and add olives. I also asked TWICE to the guy taking the order for extra sauce, and he assured me that he got the order correct, that it would come with extra sauce. The pizza took 30 minutes to come out. We took the pizza to go, but I wish I had looked at it right there. The toppings were sparse. Perhaps this is a example of shrinkflation. This pizza was supposed to be a supreme, and it does have a variety of ingredients. But you don't get very many. I will include a picture of the half pizza we had left over, you can see that some of the slices barely have one slice of pepperoni on each. One slice I had zero pepperoni. I couldn't find the sausage. There were barely any onions. It did have the right amount of cheese, and the right amount of what appears to be sliced meatballs. Still, that didn't make up for the lack of other ingredients. Take a look at my attached pictures. Does that look like a supreme pizza to you? As for the sauce, it was very light on sauce. Just exactly what I did not order. When you order a pizza that is edging towards $30, it really should be done correctly. It was definitely not worth the money. The only advantage, and I mean the ONLY one, is that they are open after other places close. Maybe it's just a pizza to have after everybody has a belly full of drinks and the bars are starting to close. At that time, people would not be very choosy. But for people wanting a decent pizza, it's not good. Stick to Marco's or basically anywhere else
The pizza was so salty it felt like eating pure salt. The Mozz sticks are out of a box frozen and not home made. Overall I feel like If we got a plain cheese it would have been good pizza. Happy hour prices on drinks are really good.
I had been meaning to visit for a while. I had always heard that they had wonderful sandwiches. I went on a Thursday a little after 130, so not exactly a busy time. Very friendly and attentive staff and they highly recommended. I tried the Philly cheesesteak, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. Kinda divey, but not a dive bar. Great local haunt sort of feel - great atmosphere.. I only wish they had some beer on tap. We will go back to try the pizza.
I was really excited to be able to order pizza at 2.15 am now that I live downtown again. I know dtsp has some awesome pizza. This was very disappointing and that’s reviewing pizza after several drinks! Sooo hardly any sauce and frozen pizza is better. I ordered cheese pizza w garlic, tomatoes and spinach. Hardly any spinach hardly any sauce. Just dry crust. It did have garlic so that gave it flavor. It was like dry toast w garlic and a sniffer of marinara w the spinach sprinkled like basil. The delivery man was very nice. Super subpar pizza.
This is a great place to have drinks or food. We had the spaghetti and meatballs also the chicken Parmesan. The salad that comes with it is very fresh and the greek dressing is amazing. We love this place.
