BEWARE!!! They have a NEW cancellation policy that requires 24 hour notice. I had to dig to find it located on the website. I have been coming here for the last 4 years and have spent thousands of dollars taking my dogs to the vet here. We had an emergency and weren’t able to cancel the appointment in a timely manner. Left a voicemail as soon as the emergency came up. I was then later called to be informed a $70 cancellation fee would be charged to my account. I asked for understanding this one time and was told it didn’t matter this was there policy. At least inform your regular loyal patients of this new policy before trying to enforce it. No grace or understanding at all.
We had an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon. Our regular vet could not help us and referred us to an emergency clinic. A friend suggested we call Bay Moorings. What a great suggestion! They told us to bring our cat in and they would stay as long as they needed to to take care of him. Dr. DeStefano was caring and took great care of our sweet old kitty. We were so impressed that we brought our dog in the next week for his annual appointment instead of taking him to our regular vet. We had another positive visit and now we consider Bay Moorings our regular vet. We highly recommend them
I highly recommend Bay Moorings! They were able to get my new rescue dog in quickly and get him the treatment he needed. Dr Holland and staff are knowledgeable and dedicated to the health of their patients.
Everyone at Bay Moornings is wonderful but I was especially impressed by their care and expertise in surgery with my dog. Surgery is always stressful but they took the time to talk to me and listen to all of my concerns about previous anesthesia events at other vets. My dog is also always extremely anxious as well and they ensured he was comfortable the entire time and took such delicate care of his needs. His recovery was easy and relaxing for him. I would recommend them a million times over for everyday care as well as surgical intervention!!! Dr. Holland and her team are amazing!!
My cat Shadow had a long curved claw that I couldn’t trim safely. I called, got an appointment the very next morning, and Shadow was seen quickly and caringly. I drive almost 20 miles one way to see the vets in this practice. Well worth it! Shadow is doing well.
