I ordered the chicken parmigiana, and I have to say it was quite good. I visited Bella Brava for the first time, and we absolutely loved the food. It’s the closest pasta I’ve had to what I experienced in Italy! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and it’s a perfect spot for hosting large groups. If you’re a pasta lover, this place is a must-try.
Very mixed experience here, but won't be back. I requested gemelli pasta with my chicken parmesan and asked that it be cooked past al dente, as I prefer my pasta soft (I did this knowing I'm unusual in this regard, so was trying to anticipate). The server was kind and accommodating, but when I got my meal, the pasta was radiatore (wrong shape), and even though she assured me she asked them to cook it longer, there were clearly noodles that hadn't seen water in a very long time. They were so hard, the fork couldn't break them! They weren't even an acceptable al dente, they were firmer. I ended up having to ask if she'd bring the noodles I'd ordered as mine were really not good. By the time they came, I was nearly done eating, and they were almost as hard! At least they weren't dry this time. So they either weren't physically able to get the cook time right, or decided this was the way I *should* eat their pasta, my preferences be darned. And they will take your pasta substitution, just not deliver it. Either way, 2-3 fails in a row. My husband's meal, the short rib pasta, was very good. Ironically, his pasta was cooked perfectly. I was disappointed because I love fresh pasta, which is something they mentioned as being a point of pride on their menu, however, the expectation is that it should not taste worse than dried pasta!

Our server, Mackenzie, was outstanding—her attentiveness and personable service stood out. She provided excellent recommendations and seamlessly accommodated modifications to our dishes, ensuring a delightful meal. The chicken parmesan paired with pasta and salad was cooked to perfection, and the alcohol-free drinks were skillfully crafted to our liking. Even with a bustling restaurant, Mackenzie made time for pleasant conversation, which enhanced the experience.
