I truly cannot express how great this place is! From the front desk to the techs to the doctors, they are all spectacular. They take care of my sweet baby Buck and even call him by his nickname, “Bean”. He comes in every month and he lets me know it’s the best part of the month
If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! I was new to the area and wanted to get a second opinion on a diagnosis for my 8 y/o German Shepherd. Turns out she was misdiagnosed, but this office was able to narrow it down and help return her back to her normal health. I only wish this office was a little bit closer for me, but it was well worth the trip. Within two days of the prescribed medication, my dog was completely back to normal. Even so much as standing up on her hind legs! She was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and put on medication that overtime made her worse. Her legs would drag, she couldn’t squat to potty, and was not able to jump up on the couch or into my sedan. There were notations in the previous doctor notes that stated she had a possible herniated disc, but it was never looked into. Turns out, her pain and discomfort was associated with the spine, not her hips. Thanks to this office and their ability to narrow down her discomfort, we will be further managing with acupuncture and a trip to a chiro. Thank you to this caring and compassionate team of amazing veterinary staff. Emma thanks you all for discovering the pain and discomfort she was dealing with!
I love the staff here ! They are so knowledgeable and loving with my pets. I feel like they always explain everything going on, especially when my cat was sick They aren't ever pushy with things they don't think we really need and do their best to ensure my babies are comfortable and loved for when they are in their care. You can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do and can trust your fur babies will get the best care !
I get so anxious going into a new vet, right when I walked in the lobby area it was welcoming there was comfy seating, pamphlets of information was on the desk which I found to be informative, the welcome sign had my cat’s name on it! UV! The receptionist, Belinda was so kind and she showed me right to an exam room even though I was early to my appointment and she gave me all the paper work I needed while I waited for Casi who was LITERALLY THE BEST vet tech I could have asked for. I let her know I was nervous and worried about my cat and she answered all my questions and was so patient with me. DR. Sanchez explained everything to me and was very communicative and the lady that helped me administer the antibiotic to my cat was so sweet and gentle. The whole team made my whole experience so easy and we felt cared for and my animal loved the relaxing rain noises and cat tree while waiting! We will be back!
