After having a huge scare with my cat I made an appointment for him here at Haines animal hospital. He has never really been to a vet before so he was extremely scared. The staff was so gentle and patient with him. So friendly and knowledgeable and HELPFUL to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have been to several vets with my cat, Gizmo and have never found such an honest and friendly clinic. They have a beautiful waiting area for cat's separate from the dog's and overall a stress free visit, no wait time and they gave us a welcome gift. I highly recommend Haines Road Animal Hospital!
We were so happy with our experience at Haines Road Animal Hospital! They took us in as new clients last minute and we were able to get an appointment quickly. The vet has not always been a good experience for us before, but all of the staff at Haines were so kind to us as owners and treated our pup with so much love. I was really impressed with their fear free policy and felt so respected and heard as his owner when asked the best ways to interact with him! We loved that they included us in the process of examining him and they explained everything they were going to do and kept us informed of the cost. We can’t wait to take our pets back and feel so lucky that we have found such a wonderful team!
Professional and knowledgeable staff. This is not a money hungry vet office they will only take necessary steps needed nothing extra. I’ve been taking my pit bull here for years and they treat him so kindly. Highly recommend!
Let me just say absolutely top tier service 👏 👌. Took my pup in for ER visit New Year's Eve and we were warmly welcomed. They addressed my boy Teddy directly, telling him they were sorry he wasn't feeling well. Smiling face and super clear environment. Even a welcome gift bag (first time ever, with all kinds of goodies). Fast and efficient, super reasonably priced considering he had to have labs, meds, x-rays didn't happen because he was waaayyyy too anxious and turned blue. Doctor and vet tech were both compassionate, clear with directions and kept me updated. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for not making me feel like a burden on new years eve, I know everyone wanted to get home.
