Five Stars Just Isn’t Enough! Partridge Animal Hospital has been absolutely amazing since the day we first brought our Belgian Malinois, Maverick, in at just 8 weeks old. From day one, the entire staff has shown nothing but compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for Maverick’s health and well-being. Now at 7 and a half months, Maverick is growing strong and healthy thanks in large part to the exceptional team here. We’ve had two unexpected emergencies during this time, and both times Partridge Animal Hospital welcomed us without hesitation. They acted quickly, kept us informed, and treated Maverick like one of their own. That kind of support means the world to a pet parent. The front desk team is always friendly and helpful, the techs are gentle and attentive, and the veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated. We had a truly wonderful experience at Partridge Animal Hospital from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by receptionist Julia at the front desk, whose kindness and professionalism immediately put us at ease. Technician Brittany was equally fantastic—gentle, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her work. Dr. Hall was exceptional: thorough, compassionate, and took the time to answer all our questions with genuine care. The entire team made what could have been a stressful visit feel comforting and smooth. It’s clear that everyone here truly loves what they do. Extremely compassionate, thoughtful, and knowledgeable staff. My sweet dog (almost 11) developed a rapidly growing tumor in his leg and we came to them for a second opinion. After a very thorough exam and a long discussion of where his cancer seemed to be and the looks that it had spread, along with the fact that an infection had developed as well - they gave me all of my options and their recommendations. They laid out every option and with a wonderful balance explained the best outcome for each and what it would entail. Unfortunately, my amazing boy was in a lot of pain and due to many factors, we ultimately made the most difficult decision I've ever made. Through the whole process, the team showed abundant grace, compassion, understanding, wisdom, and a willingness to do whatever would be best for my dog. I have never had such a kind team work with me and, as difficult as the experience was, they handled it so very well and with again - abundant patience, compassion, and understanding. If I ever have another dog, which eventually I probably will, I will never go to another vet. No one has ever been as gentle and patient as they were and I will be forever grateful. Thank you for all of you who helped Jasper and blessed me with your kindness through such a hard time.
Seriously the best vet I've ever been to! Not only is the staff super welcoming, but their technology and knowledge is comforting. I know that my animals are in good and caring hands. They saved my baby in the nick of time and I couldn't be more grateful for their help and support!! Would highly recommend. They are almost an hour away from me, but so worth the the drive!
