While visiting the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, we took time out for a wonderful lunch at this awesome restaurant and bar just across the street. I was very impressed with the Cuban sandwich with fries. My wife enjoyed the salad topped with fried chicken, Granny Smith apples and a few pecans. The maple syrup dressing was drizzled on. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable but seemed to have too many tables assigned to him. We were here during Sunday brunch and guests at surrounding tables on the covered patio enjoyed endless mimosas and breakfast specialties. Try it. You’ll be pleased too.
Came here for a late lunch and had a nice experience. The New England clam chowder was really really good - or “legit” as our waiter, Bill, said lol. Bill was great, very attentive. My husband really liked their tavern burger and I enjoyed the beet salad (but probably wouldn’t get it again as the dressing was a bit too citrusy for me). Will definitely be back
Overall OK but not more than that. The wings are ok decent smoke but limited meat on them. The pretzel was good and cheese sauce with it was good too. Bartenders were nice and attentive but took time to get my food order.
This tavern sits facing the pier. We were seated immediately and had a nice table. The staff are amazing and the menu is vast. I had a southern style shrimp and crawfish dish and my wife had a Thai salad. Everything was delicious. I would certainly return. Bill was reasonable also.
Great food and service! I enjoyed the smoked fish dip appetizer and a roasted beet salad with chicken for lunch. I could not resist the dessert menu when I saw butter cake. The warm Gooey Butter cake topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel was absolutely incredible! I would have to say this dessert is one of the best I have had!
