One of the most amazing experiences I’ve had with a vet. This was my first visit and Bailey at reception greeted me as I walked in and checked me in right away. She even snapped a quick photo of my pet which was included on our record when we left! I was only in the lobby for around a minute or two before Bradley came to get me and take me to the exam room. While I’m comfortable leaving my pet with professionals, I was surprised that Bradley and Dr C performed all the services in the room with me. They were so careful and kind to me and my pet. You can just tell that these people love what they do and everything was so seamless! The icing on the cake was when Dr C took extra care to look over my records to ensure I had everything I needed being a new client. I couldn’t believe that my eight year old dog, after all these years, had never been microchipped. That’s something I’ve always done with my pets when they are very young and admittedly I had never thought to double check. I’m new to Florida, but already I’ve heard so many stories of pets getting separated from their owners during hurricanes and thanks to her, my little dog is protected. Thank you all so much for your help today! If you are looking for top tier care for you and your pet, this is the place to go.

They were great with my new skittish foster cat. I have had her with me for a month and she is now overweight! She needs to lose two lbs. They even gave me presents in a VCA gift bag when we left. Kitty was not traumatized when we left and came home. I highly recommend them. The vet was excellent and vet tech Bradley was the best I have ever seen!

My sweet boy, Salem, was having some neurological issues with his hips that his primary couldn’t figure out. They figured it was related to a tail pull injury after doing x rays, but that didn’t make sense to me as I was home with him the entire time and his symptoms almost popped up overnight. They put him on pain killers and anti inflammatories and he only got worse as time progressed. I grew more frustrated as time went on as I was watching my cat decline and couldn’t even manage to get a call back from his primary. I decided to call VCA as my fiancé has been bringing his cats there for years. I never brought mine and opted for somewhere closer as it was a bit of a drive (we live 30min away) but i have come to regret that decision. They were able to squeeze me in same day for an appointment. I just needed someone else to look at my boy and verify his primary’s thoughts. They gave him more care and compassion in that 30min appointment than his primary ever did. They took the time to call around to see if a nuero was open on a saturday (turns out they weren’t but gave me all of their contact info so i could visit the ER on monday). Everyone was so kind and comforting. Blue Pearl ER found that he had a severe bacterial infection around one of his lymph nodes that they initially thought was lymphoma. It attacked his nervous system which is why he kept declining and now couldn’t walk. We made the extremely hard decision to put him to sleep 2 days later. I’m so incredibly grateful for VCA and making us feel like he was one of their own. It was such a comfort that a vet was helping us towards the right direction rather than just waiting to see what happens. I’ll be bringing my other cat there for her yearly/anything else she might need from now on which i should’ve done from the start. Adding pictures of my boy, Salem. He was perfect and I miss him everyday.

Update :) Over a year later my baby Lady turned 18 and is still thriving thanks to Dr C and the amazing staff at BCA Noah’s. I also got to bring in my tiger kitty Marine. She was a scardy cat but of course she was handled with compassion. I’m such a helicopter mommy so I appreciate them humoring me and my questions lol. Thank you again for keeping my babies healthy. Dr C and the lovely tech, I believ Aurora were fantastic. I was in and out too! I took my Senior canine baby of 17 in for her exam and Dr. C was willing to work with my finances since I’m moving and funds are tight! She was honest and didn’t beat around the bush which I love. She gave reasonable recommendations and explanations for some upcoming tests that Lady will need. I can’t wait to bring in my younger orange tabby girl to establish and I trust Dr C and her staff to help me keep her healthy l, hopefully as long as Lady! Fair prices, heat facility and above the moon staff.

The people are friendly the place is immaculate and they helped get my fur baby right and treated him with such care, tenderness and kindness. They even had treats. And they sent us home with all of the necessary products and info for his care.
