They were great with my new skittish foster cat. I have had her with me for a month and she is now overweight! She needs to lose two lbs. They even gave me presents in a VCA gift bag when we left. Kitty was not traumatized when we left and came home. I highly recommend them. The vet was excellent and vet tech Bradley was the best I have ever seen!

My sweet boy, Salem, was having some neurological issues with his hips that his primary couldn’t figure out. They figured it was related to a tail pull injury after doing x rays, but that didn’t make sense to me as I was home with him the entire time and his symptoms almost popped up overnight. They put him on pain killers and anti inflammatories and he only got worse as time progressed. I grew more frustrated as time went on as I was watching my cat decline and couldn’t even manage to get a call back from his primary. I decided to call VCA as my fiancé has been bringing his cats there for years. I never brought mine and opted for somewhere closer as it was a bit of a drive (we live 30min away) but i have come to regret that decision. They were able to squeeze me in same day for an appointment. I just needed someone else to look at my boy and verify his primary’s thoughts. They gave him more care and compassion in that 30min appointment than his primary ever did. They took the time to call around to see if a nuero was open on a saturday (turns out they weren’t but gave me all of their contact info so i could visit the ER on monday). Everyone was so kind and comforting. Blue Pearl ER found that he had a severe bacterial infection around one of his lymph nodes that they initially thought was lymphoma. It attacked his nervous system which is why he kept declining and now couldn’t walk. We made the extremely hard decision to put him to sleep 2 days later. I’m so incredibly grateful for VCA and making us feel like he was one of their own. It was such a comfort that a vet was helping us towards the right direction rather than just waiting to see what happens. I’ll be bringing my other cat there for her yearly/anything else she might need from now on which i should’ve done from the start. Adding pictures of my boy, Salem. He was perfect and I miss him everyday.

The people are friendly the place is immaculate and they helped get my fur baby right and treated him with such care, tenderness and kindness. They even had treats. And they sent us home with all of the necessary products and info for his care.

I don't believe that 5-stars is a high enough rating for this vet hospital. To say that they took care of my family and I is an understatement. From the first time I brought in my cat Oscar last week, until his final day on Wednesday. Dr. Cebollero is the sweetest Vet I have ever met, literally. My Oscar experienced a traumatic injury, and coupled with a plethora of health issues, he unfortunately was unable to recover. Dr. Cebollero was so kind and gentle about not only relaying the news to us, but throughout the entire end of life process. In the grand scheme of things, I am most thankful for their thoughtful end of life offering. You will not be in a cold, sterile exam room on a metal table. They have a beautiful room that is comfortable with dim lighting and inspirational notes throughout. They give you as much time as you need, which was so special because everything happened quickly in finding out Oscar wasn't going to make it. We were able to hold our Oscar on his journey to the rainbow bridge, so he knew we were there with him. On top of it all, I have a very young toddler, and because we had no time to prepare for this, he unfortunately needed to accompany us to the vet. Dr. Cebollero and her team were so compassionate and helped us with our son so that he wasn't in the room for Oscar's final moments with us. I can't thank her enough for that at a time when my wife and I were so distraught. Apologies for the super long review, but I really can't sing enough praises for this vet and the impact they left on my family. To you, Dr. Cebollero, I hope you see this and know that you are an angel. And so is Sara. I'm sure the whole team is wonderful, but specifically the both of you. Thank you isn't even enough but it's what I can offer. Thank you. I attached a picture just so you can see what he looked like as the healthy and happy boy we knew him as.

I found a pup on Gandy boulevard driving to work at 7:30 in the morning. I went to VCA Noah's place, they took this precious pup and kept her for 4 days as they searched for her owner and lined up a rescue/adopter for her. Absolute Angels! Thank you so much for what you do!!!
